HireProsOnly Refund Policy

At HireProsOnly, we are committed to connecting you with top-tier freelancers for your project. To ensure fairness for both clients and freelancers, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility
  • Full Refund (100% of your deposit)
    You are eligible for a full refund if:
    • We are unable to provide at least three (3) qualified freelancers matching your project requirements within 24 hours.
    • The freelancer fails to deliver work as per agreed milestones and quality standards (verified by our team).
  • No Refund
    Your deposit is non-refundable if:
    • We provide three (3) or more qualified freelancers, but you choose not to proceed.
    • You cancel the project after selecting a freelancer.
  1. Platform Credit Option

If you decide not to proceed after receiving freelancer matches, you may convert your deposit into platform credit instead of requesting a refund.

  • This credit is valid for 6 months and can be applied to future projects.
  • As an added benefit, platform credit used within 30 days will receive a 5% bonus.
  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@hireprosonly.com within 7 days of your freelancer match or project cancellation.

Your request must include:

  • Your Project ID
  • The reason for the refund request.
  1. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
